These Terms and Conditions govern the use of roadside assistance services and SMS communications provided by VENU AVA LLC, doing business as VENU AVA Roadside Assistance.
Services may include jump starts, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery, tire changes, battery assistance, and other services specifically confirmed by dispatch. Service availability, pricing, and estimated arrival times depend on location, vehicle details, technician availability, traffic, weather, and other conditions.
No technician is dispatched until the customer accepts the quoted price and estimated arrival time. Fuel, parts, batteries, tolls, parking, or other approved expenses may be charged separately when applicable.
The customer must provide accurate vehicle information, a safe and accessible service location, a valid callback number, and any access instructions needed to reach the vehicle. The customer is responsible for having legal authority to request service for the vehicle.
By requesting roadside assistance and agreeing during the call or voluntarily texting our business number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages about the specific service request, including requests for a Google Maps location pin, pricing, estimated arrival time, and service-status updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed. VENU AVA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, inaccessible locations, incorrect information, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers should remain in a safe location while waiting for service and follow all reasonable safety instructions from dispatch or the technician.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
